2025-26 Enrollment Process

Review Resources

Begin by reviewing and reading the following links to understand how our cohort is structured.

More details about the Charlotte Mason Educational Philosophy can be found here: Educational Philosophy Resources

Fill Out the Pre-Meeting Form

  • Complete the Pre-Meeting Form. This form gives you an opportunity to share about your family and educational goals before we chat.
  • Once the Pre-Meeting Form is received, we will email you a copy of the 2025-26 Community Gathering Guide and schedule a time to chat.

Initial Meeting with a Board Member

  • Schedule and attend an initial meeting with a board member. This can be done either in person or over Zoom.
  • During this meeting, we will review the 2025-26 Community Gathering Guide which outlines the cohort classes, lessons by class, leadership structure, parental responsibilities, our educational approach, and answer questions.

Reading Assignment

  • If you're interested in pursuing enrollment further, we ask that you read "For the Children's Sake" by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay. This book provides a foundational understanding of the Charlotte Mason philosophy and approach to education.

Second Meeting with Both Board Members

  • Schedule and attend a second meeting, this time with both board members.
  • During this meeting, you'll have an in-depth discussion about the Charlotte Mason educational philosophy and how it is implemented within our cohort.

Prayerful Consideration

  • Both parties will take time to pray and reflect on whether joining the cohort is a good fit for your family and our community.

Invitation to Enroll

  • The board will extend an invitation to enroll in the cohort.

Submit Enrollment Form and Fee

  • Upon receiving the invitation, you will need to submit the enrollment form along with an enrollment fee of $150.
