Fill Out the Pre-Meeting Form
- Complete the Pre-Meeting Form. This form is available on our website and gives us some background information about your family and educational goals before we chat.
Initial Meeting with a Board Member
- Schedule and attend an initial meeting with a board member. This can be done either in person or over Zoom.
- During this meeting, you will review the 2025-2026 Community Gathering Guide together, which outlines the cohort's classes, lessons by class, leadership structure, parental responsibilities, and educational approach.
Reading Assignment
- If you're interested in pursuing enrollment further, we ask that you read "For the Children's Sake" by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay. This book provides a foundational understanding of the Charlotte Mason philosophy and approach to education.
Second Meeting with Both Board Members
- Schedule and attend a second meeting, this time with both board members.
- During this meeting, you'll have an in-depth discussion about the Charlotte Mason educational philosophy and how it is implemented within our cohort.
Prayerful Consideration
- Both parties will take time to pray and reflect on whether joining the cohort is a good fit for your family and the community.
Invitation to Enroll
- The board will extend an invitation to enroll in the cohort.
Submit Enrollment Form and Fee
- Upon receiving the invitation, you will need to submit the enrollment form along with an enrollment fee of $150.
