ABOUT US

We gather as a Christ-centered community that is grounded in Biblical truth and values, and studies God's infallible Word during community gatherings.
We employ the methods of Charlotte Mason educational philosophies in our community gatherings using Ambleside Online as our primary book list and curriculum source.
We share the responsibility of teaching among the parents as each mother commits to play an active role in community gatherings by teaching lessons, assisting with lessons or in the nursery, helping with setup and clean up, and working together as families to facilitate all aspects of the community gatherings.

CLASSES

Everyone joins together to start the week with a half hour Symposium before breaking out into the following classes. At times, two classes will be combined for one lesson such as for handicraft and artistic expression or Swedish drill.

Everyone enjoys lunch and recess on the playground following lessons both days.

Nursery Bees: Infant - Toddlers (no formal lessons)
Blueberry Bees: 3-5 year olds (8 student maximum)
Honey Bees: 6-8 year olds (8 student maximum)
Bumble Bees: 8-10 year olds (8 student maximum)
Mason Bees: 10-12 year olds (8 student maximum)
Carder Bees: 12-14 year olds (8 student maximum)
